All appointments are 1 hour and I will come to your home or office. I will bring a treatment table and any equipment we may need during our session from my home in Wayne, NJ.

I am out of network (OON) with all commercial insurances. The current in-network insurance model does not allow for the type of high quality care I believe every patient should receive. Most in-network traditional PT facilities see 3-5 patients an hour and patients are often double-booked, so your time with your therapist is shared. I am not restricted by authorizations or therapy caps. With this personalized, private treatment model patients often end up being seen for fewer visits and experience less disruption to their lives and are more satisfied with both the quality of their care and the pace of their recovery.

Payment will be required at the time of treatment. I do not bill insurances. Many insurances will reimburse for out of network physical therapy. I will gladly provide you with documentation upon request to be submitted to your insurance company; however, this does not guarantee reimbursement. Physical therapy services also qualify for Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Without copays or coinsurances or time spent traveling to and from PT several times a week for months my patient-focused, value-based treatment style allows patients to receive the highest quality of individualized care while saving time and money and healing faster.

I also participate with Medicare.
